Welcome to Table 9 Lounge & Bar's Food Delivery Service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our food delivery services. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
**2. Food Delivery Service**
- **Service Area:** We offer food delivery services in Chisinau.
- **Delivery Hours:** Our food delivery service is available from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- **Delivery Timeframes:** We aim to deliver orders within 60 minutes.
**3. Ordering and Payment**
- **Ordering Process:** You can place your delivery order via our website.
- **Delivery Fees:** Orders under 400 lei are subject to a 40 lei delivery fee. Orders above 400 lei enjoy free delivery.
- **Payment Methods:** We accept cash payment and online payments.
**4. Order Modifications and Cancellations**
- You can modify or cancel your order in 15 minutes time frame in order to receive a full refund.
**5. Food Quality and Allergens**
- To address special dietary requests and food allergies, please specify your requirements in the order comments or contact us by phone.
**6. Returns and Refunds**
- If an issue arises due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a full refund.
**7. Privacy and Data Handling**
- We collect and handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For information on data collection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
**8. Intellectual Property**
- All content on our website, including text and images, is the property of Table 9 Lounge & Bar and may not be used without our consent.

Reservation Policy – Table 9
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, Table 9 applies the following reservation policy:
1. How to book

Reservations can be made by phone at 069474436, via private message on our official Table 9 pages, or directly at the restaurant.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from our staff (by phone or written message).
2. Duration of stay

Each reservation is valid for a standard period of 3 hours from the time of arrival.

After this period, the table may be reassigned to other guests, depending on the restaurant’s schedule and occupancy.

If you wish to stay longer (for example, for events, birthdays, or themed dinners), please mention this when booking so we can check availability.
3. Guest arrival

The reserved table will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.

In case of delay, please call us. Without notice, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
4. Group size and changes

Please confirm the final number of guests at least 2 hours before arrival.

For groups larger than 8 people, a deposit may be required to guarantee the booking.
5. Cancellation policy

Cancellations are accepted free of charge if made at least 3 hours before the reservation time.

For special events or weekends, failure to show up without notice may result in restrictions on future reservations.
6. Events and themed dinners

For gastronomic dinners, themed nights, and special events, reservations are mandatory and seats are limited.

In these cases, a full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm participation.
